Mosasaur Power Return and Refund Policy

At Mosasaur Power, we are committed to providing products and services that satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide you with a clear return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure that you are protected:

1. Return Eligibility

The product must be in new and unused condition with complete packaging (including all accessories, manuals, original box, etc.).
Return requests must be made within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
The returned product must have been sold on Mosasaur Power's website or through an authorized sales channel.

2. Non-returnable cases

Damage, wear and tear, or missing accessories caused by personal reasons.
Problems caused by abnormal installation or improper use.
Customized products, special offers, clearance items, and other products that are specifically marked as non-returnable.
Goods that have exceeded the return period.

3. Return process

Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team through the official website or customer service hotline, explaining the reason for return.
Submit an application: Follow the customer service guidelines, fill out the return application form, and provide the order number, proof of purchase and other relevant information.
Waiting for review: We will review your return application as soon as possible, after the review, you will receive the return address and other operating instructions.
Send back the goods: please follow the instructions to send back the goods, and keep the courier receipt number as a proof of return.
Merchandise Inspection: After receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect it and confirm that it meets the return conditions, then we will start the refund process.

 

4. Refund method and time

Refunds will be made through the original payment channel, and will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and confirmation of the returned merchandise.
If you paid by credit card, the actual refund arrival time may be affected by the bank's settlement cycle.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality issues, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by Mosasaur Power.
If the reason for the return is due to a change in personal preference or other non-product quality issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Special Notes

This return and refund policy applies to all Mosasaur Power golf cart battery products purchased through regular channels.
Mosasaur Power reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy and the right to make reasonable adjustments according to the actual situation.
